Jack's office developed a color-coded system to educate voters how each step of the process works. Teams consisting of Republican and Democrat election judges are present whenever ballots are handled. Cameras are focused on all stages of the process for the public to see. Multiple levels of security and documentation for transparency and accuracy are used. Every ballot is accounted for from the first printing to the final tabulation. Voters can use the automated verification system to track their ballots.
Only verified registered voters who complete an application can receive a vote-by-mail ballot.
